Returns and Refunds

If, for any reason, there was a problem with your order, please contact us on either 03330 504030 or info@rosewaylabs.com before taking any further action.

Any product or diagnostic kit that has been bought through our website and that you wish to return can be posted back to us within 14 days of it having been despatched.  Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.

Refunds will only be given once we have received the product or diagnostic kit in its original, unopened packaging.  Refunds will not be given if the product or diagnostic kit is opened, used, incomplete or damaged, although they will be given if the product is faulty.  If you do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be recredited to you.

Whilst we try to exceed this, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to reach you.  Monies will be sent to the debit or credit card that you used to make the purchase.

Your rights to return the product or diagnostic kit do not apply once the 14-day period has expired.
